Dr. Mykala Selcer

Dr. Selcer grew up in New Braunfels, Texas. Her love of animals began at a young age, and she had many pets over the years including dogs, cats, birds, fish, hedgehogs, horses, goats, and chickens.
She received her undergraduate degree in Marine Biology from Texas A&M University at Galveston, followed by her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University in 2021.
To her, being a veterinarian has always been a lifelong dream, and she strives to provide the best possible care to her patients. Her professional interests include soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, cardiology, and client education. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside, traveling, listening to live music, and spending time with friends and family.
